At Uncle Clarence BBQ, every plate tells a story. What started as a family tradition in Farmingdale has grown into a community table—slow-smoked ribs, oversized chicken quarters, and gooey cinnamon rolls shared with friends, neighbors, and fans on game day.
This isn’t fast food. It’s real barbecue—marinated for days, smoked low and slow over apple wood, hickory, and mesquite, and finished with our in-house sauces and rubs. We keep it simple: order by Thursday 11:59 PM and pick up Sunday 2–5 PM in Farmingdale, NY.
