Refund Eligibility

  • BBQ Accessories & T-Shirts: We offer a 30-day refund policy on all BBQ accessories and t-shirts. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Sauces, Spices & Gift Cards: Due to the nature of these items, we do not offer refunds on sauces, spices, or gift cards. Additionally, gift cards cannot be returned.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at admin@uncleclarencebbq.com. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
