Whether you're purchasing our signature barbecue sauces, seasonings, freshly baked cinnamon rolls, or barbecue ribs cooked to order, our goal is to provide a dependable shipping experience with clear expectations.

    Please review the following information regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery times, and customer support.

    1. Business Days and Shipping Schedule

    Uncle Clarence BBQ operates Monday through Friday.

    Our business is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We believe weekends are an important time for family, and we honor that commitment by reserving weekends for our families.

    Orders are not processed, prepared, or shipped during weekends.

    Orders received on weekends or during business closures will enter our processing schedule on the next available business day.

    Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable business closures or holidays.

    2. Standard Order Processing

    Most in-stock products, including our barbecue sauces and seasonings, are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after an order is received.

    Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, may qualify for same-day shipping, depending on product availability, order size, preparation requirements, and carrier pickup schedules.

    Although we make every effort to ship qualifying orders on the same day, same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

    Orders received after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will generally begin processing during the next available business day.

    Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, package, and transfer an order to a shipping carrier. It does not include the carrier's delivery time.

    3. Freshly Prepared and Made-to-Order Foods

    Certain Uncle Clarence BBQ products require additional preparation time because they are made specifically for each customer.

    These products include:

    • Uncle Clarence BBQ Barbecue Ribs: Cooked fresh to order rather than taken from an inventory of precooked frozen meals.

    • Uncle Clarence BBQ Cinnamon Rolls: Freshly prepared and baked for each order.

    Because these products require cooking or baking, cooling, packaging, and preparation for transportation, please allow approximately two business days for production once preparation begins.

    Production schedules may vary depending on order volume and preparation requirements.

    Orders Placed on Fridays or Weekends

    Because Uncle Clarence BBQ is completely closed on weekends, orders for freshly prepared products placed on Fridays or over the weekend may not begin production until the following Monday or Tuesday.

    Depending on the preparation schedule, these orders may ship on Wednesday or Thursday.

    These dates are examples of our typical production schedule, not guaranteed shipping dates.

    Expedited Shipping for Freshly Prepared Foods

    FedEx Two-Day and FedEx Overnight shipping services may be available for barbecue ribs and cinnamon rolls, depending on the destination and available checkout options.

    Expedited delivery applies only after the order has been prepared and shipped. It does not shorten the time required to cook, bake, prepare, or package the food.

    We take care to package freshly prepared foods appropriately for their transportation requirements.

    4. Shipping Carriers

    Uncle Clarence BBQ uses established shipping carriers, including:

    • UPS

    • United States Postal Service (USPS)

    • FedEx

    Available shipping methods depend on the destination, package characteristics, product type, and carrier service availability.

    Not every shipping service is available for every product or destination.

    Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses may depend on product eligibility and available carrier services.

    USPS may be used for destinations that cannot be served by certain private carriers.

    Certain freshly prepared foods may be subject to additional destination or shipping-method restrictions.

    8. International Shipping

    Uncle Clarence BBQ currently offers international shipping to eligible destinations in Canada.

    Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, customs processing fees, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

    Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Uncle Clarence BBQ does not control customs processing times or fees assessed by foreign governments and carriers.

    Once the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation containing available tracking information will be sent.

    Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipping carrier receives the package.

    We make every reasonable effort to process and ship orders within the stated preparation periods.

    Once a shipment is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is managed by that carrier.

    11. Damaged Shipments

    We take care in packaging our products to help protect them during transportation.

    If an order arrives damaged, please contact Uncle Clarence BBQ customer service as soon as reasonably possible.

    • Photographs of the affected product and shipping packaging, when available.

    Please retain damaged products and packaging until we provide further instructions, where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

    If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, please contact us with your order number and relevant delivery details.
