Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the following business day. We ship from Monday to Friday and do not ship on weekends. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, delivery destination, and carrier chosen at checkout.

UPS Standard: 3-5 business days after shipment

UPS Two Days: 2 business days after shipment

UPS Express: 1-2 business days after shipment
Overnight delivery is only available for addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occur, and we are not responsible for such delays.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via the US Postal Service.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All such fees are the customer's responsibility.
International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship internationally to Canada. Orders shipped to Canada may incur VAT fees, duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by the Canadian government, which are not included in our shipping costs and are the recipient's responsibility.
Damages
If your order is damaged or lost during shipment, please contact us. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claims with the shipping carrier. Damaged items will be replaced per our return/refund policy.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We attempt to validate shipping addresses provided at checkout. If an address cannot be validated, and we cannot update it, the order will be canceled and refunded. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at 1.800.475.0320 or cs@uncleclarencebbq.com. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier, and local law enforcement may be involved. We will replace or refund your order after the investigation, which could take up to 21 days.
