What makes your BBQ sauce and spice blends unique?
Our sauce is made with real New Jersey blueberries, and our seasonings are handcrafted using family recipes. Everything is gluten-free, vegan-friendly, low-sodium, and made without artificial additives.
Are your sauces and rubs gluten-free?
Yes. Our Original BBQ Sauce tested <3 ppm gluten (per Oct 2023 Eurofins lab report), which is well below the FDA threshold.
Where are your products made?
All Uncle Clarence BBQ products are proudly made in the USA with premium ingredients.
How long should I marinate with your spice blends?
Righteous Ribs with a Kick: Minimum 2 hours (overnight preferred)
Season All: At least 1 hour
Calypso Heat: At least 6 hours (or overnight for bold flavor)
What’s the best way to use the blueberry BBQ sauce?
Use it as a marinade, glaze, or dipping sauce. It pairs perfectly with ribs, chicken, burgers, veggies, and even fries or tofu!

Does your BBQ sauce contain any fish ingredients?
No. We do not use Worcestershire or any fish-based ingredients. Our sauce is safe for people with fish allergies.

Our blueberry BBQ sauce is made with blueberry juice, brown sugar, sea salt, garlic, ginger, and other natural ingredients. No artificial flavors or preservatives.
