 Ingredients:  1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined 12 slices of bacon, halved 1 cup Uncle Clarence BBQ sauce with blueberries 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Toothpicks Instructions: Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Prepare the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season them lightly with salt and pepper. Wrap with Bacon: Take a half slice of bacon and wrap it around each shrimp, securing it with a toothpick. The bacon should overlap slightly to ensure it stays wrapped during cooking. Brush with Olive Oil: Arrange the bacon-wrapped shrimp on the prepared baking sheet. Brush them lightly with olive oil to help the bacon crisp up.
