It started as a promise: if we’re going to sit together on Sundays, the food should slow us down long enough to talk. These ribs did it. Thick bones, shiny glaze, and smoke you can taste before the first bite.
What makes them different

- 24-hour marinade with ginger ale, apple juice, a touch of soy (soy present — allergy note), and our Righteous Rib Rub.
- Low & slow at 265°F for 3.5–4 hours over applewood, hickory, and mesquite.
- Blueberry BBQ finish — fruity, smoky, lightly tangy, the signature UCBBQ shine.

How we serve it
