Chicken Fajita

- 1 ½ lb Chicken Breast, cut into 1 ½ inch strips
- 3 Tri Colored Bell Peppers, julienned
- 1 tbsp of Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Uncle Clarence Season All
- Salt, to taste
Toppings:
Sour Cream
Cilantro
Tortillas
Lime
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Line the sheet pan with parchment or foil
- Add chicken, peppers, onions, and garlic to the pan
- Drizzle oil over chicken and veggies, add Uncle Clarence Season All to the chicken and veggies then salt to taste. Toss to evenly coat.
- Bake in the oven for 15-25 min; Chicken is done when meat thermometer registers at least 165°
- Serve on a warm tortilla with cheese, sour cream, cilantro and a squeeze of lime for classic Tex Mex fare
