In 2021, amid the global pandemic and personal challenges posed by glaucoma, Clarence C. Mitchell made the courageous decision to leave his construction career with IBEW Local #3. He founded Uncle Clarence BBQ in Farmingdale, Long Island, New York, as a tribute to his father's legacy. This brand is more than a business; it's a heartfelt commitment to sharing the joy and warmth of great barbecue. At Uncle Clarence BBQ, we pride ourselves on using top-quality ingredients, including our premium Kosher-certified spice blends and all-natural blueberry-infused sauces, crafted in small batches using New Jersey blueberries.
