Glazed BBQ Chicken Wings (Sticky, Smoky & Easy)

There’s nothing like a platter of sticky, smoky wings fresh off the grill. These glazed BBQ chicken wings are kissed with Uncle Clarence BBQ flavor and finished in a sweet-heat glaze that clings to every bite. Perfect for game day, family night, or any time you want crowd-pleasing comfort food made simple.

 

  • Ingredients

    • 2–3 lbs chicken wings (drums & flats)

    • 1–2 tbsp UCBBQ Season All (or your preferred rub)

    • 1 tbsp neutral oil

    • Glaze

      • ½ cup UCBBQ Signature Sauce (or your favorite)

      • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar

      • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

      • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

      • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • H2: Directions

    1. Prep: Pat wings dry. Toss with oil and UCBBQ Season All.

    2. Cook:

      • Grill/Smoker: 375–400°F, indirect heat, 35–45 min to 175°F internal.

      • Oven: 425°F on a rack-lined sheet, 40–45 min, flip once.

    3. Glaze: Simmer glaze 3–4 min until syrupy.

    4. Finish: Toss hot wings in glaze. Return to heat 3–5 min to set.

    5. Serve: Rest 5 min. Sprinkle with chives or sesame if you like.

    • Crispier skin: air-dry wings uncovered in the fridge 4–12 hrs.

    • Spicier: add chili flakes or cayenne to the glaze.
